Gubernur Khofifah Buat Pakta Integritas Setop Pungutan Wajib di Sekolah
Saat penandatanganan Pakta Integritas di Kota Surabaya.SURABAYA, Jatim Today – Gubernur Khofifah Indar Parawansa membuat pakta integritas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Jawa Timur yang menitikberatkan pada larangan pihak sekolah memungut sumbangan wajib kepada siswa.
Pakta integritas tersebut ditandatangani antara Kepala Dinas dengan para Kepala Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Jawa Timur. Kemudian dengan seluruh Kepala Sekolah jenjang SMA, SMK dan SLB Negeri serta dengan komite sekolah di Kota Surabaya, Jumat 21 Juli 2023.
Gubernur Khofifah mengatakan, tidak semua kebutuhan penyelenggaraan pendidikan didukung sepenuhnya oleh pemerintah, melainkan diperlukan juga peran serta masyarakat melalui Komite Sekolah. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Permendikbud) Nomor 75.
Kebutuhan penyelenggaraan pendidikan itu dicontohkan Khofifah, seperti biaya ekstrakurikuler untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa. Serta biaya dalam mengikuti ajang olimpiade pendidikan skala nasional maupun internasional.
“Maka kemudian Komite (Sekolah) berikhtiar. Nah sumbangan, bantuan, yang dilakukan oleh Komite harus betul-betul atas dasar sukarela. Tidak ada yang boleh diwajibkan, apalagi diwajibkan pada angka sekian,” ujar Khofifah.
Kendati Komite Sekolah diberi kelonggaran untuk memungut sumbangan sukarela dari peserta didik. Khofifah menegaskan, pengelolaan anggaran harus transparan, akuntabel, kredibel, jelas peruntukannya dan harus diawasi secara ketat.
“Maka berita acara pada saat Rapat Komite menjadi penting, termasuk diketahui oleh Kepala Sekolah dan dilaporkan kepada Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi (Jawa Timur) kalau ini SMA, SMK dan SLB Negeri,” tandas Khofifah.
