Kades Jambean Kediri Jadi Tersangka Dugaan Korupsi Dana Kompensasi PG Ngadirejo

Kabar penetapan tersangka HH dibenarkan Priyadi, nama samaran seorang anggota Badan Perwakilan Desa (BPD) Desa Jambean saat dikonfirmasi awak media, Jumat (24/2/2023).
Priyadi mengatakan, kebenaran kabar itu ia ketahui berdasar Surat Pemberitahuan Perkembangan Hasil Penyidikan (SP2HP) yang diterima dari kepolisian.
“Kami selalu mendapat SP2HP, HH jadi TSK (tersangka). Yang bersangkutan dikenakan tahanan kota,” kata Priyadi.
Priyadi menuturkan, kasus dugaan korupsi yang menyeret Kades HH bergulir tahun 2017. Saat itu sejumlah anggota BPD Desa Jambean mencium aroma penyimpangan pengelolaan dana kompensasi yang digelontorkan oleh PG Ngadirejo. Oleh sebab itu, mereka mengadu ke Polres Kediri.
Dana tersebut merupakan kompensasi pembebasan lahan seluas 240 RU (3.360 meter persegi) yang diterima Desa Jambean dari PG Ngadirejo. Lahan itu membentang di sepanjang batas kebun tebu milik PTPN X.
“Lebarnya itu cuma 4 meter, tapi panjangnya saya nggak hafal. Pokoknya totalnya seluas 240 RU,” lanjut Priyadi.
Ia bilang, mula-mula anggota BPD Jambean menerima laporan bila dana kompensasi yang ditransfer pihak PG Ngadirejo ke rekening desa hanya sebesar Rp 1 miliar. Namun belakangan, nilai kompensasi disebutnya bertambah menjadi Rp 3,2 miliar lebih.
“Lah kok ternyata Rp 3,2 sekian miliar. Kok banyak sekali ‘nyunat’ nya,” ujar Priyadi kecewa.
Dana itu hendak dibuat ‘bancakan‘ oleh Kades HH dengan membagi ke semua perangkat desa, kepala dusun hingga anggota BPD. Akan tetapi sebagian anggota BPD menolak dengan alasan status lahan yang diperjualbelikan masih samar kepemilikannya.
Berdasar hal itulah dia dan kawan-kawan menduga, ada niat jahat Kades HH mengkorupsi dana tersebut. Sehingga pihaknya memutuskan membawa kasus ke ranah hukum.
Kendati demikian, aduan BPD Desa Jambean tak serta merta diproses Polres Kediri. Kasus tersebut sempat mandeg lebih dari empat tahun sampai akhirnya ditarik ke Polda Jatim.
“Kemudian kami melaporkan ke KPK di Jakarta, sampai akhirnya kasus tersebut diambil alih oleh Polda Jatim,” katanya.
Terpisah, Kades HH tak mengelak bila ia terjerat kasus dugaan korupsi dana kompensasi senilai Rp 3,2 miliar. Hanya saja menurutnya, tuduhan yang dilayangkan lembaga perwakilan desa tersebut tidak benar.
Bahkan dengan tegas ia mengatakan, kasus sengaja dihembuskan karena ada pihak yang ingin menjatuhkan karir politiknya.
Pengusaha penyalur tenaga kerja ini juga menegaskan, akan melawan dengan mengikuti proses hukum yang berjalan.
“Ya biasalah, politik,” singkat Kades HH di Kantor Desa Jambean.
