Kejati Bali OTT 5 Petugas Imigrasi Bandara Terkait Pungli Jalur Fast Track
Asisten Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Bali Dedy KurniawanDENPASAR, Jatim Today – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Bali menangkap lima orang petugas imigrasi Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. Mereka ditangkap karena diduga melakukan pungutan liar (pungli) dengan memanfaatkan jalur fast track di terminal internasional bandara.
Penangkapan terhadap 5 petugas imigrasi ini dilakukan secara operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) oleh Kejati Bali pada Selasa (14/11/2023) kemarin. Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali menyebut pungli turis layanan fast track diduga mencapai Rp200 juta per bulan.
“Jadi ini bermula adanya pengaduan masyarakat mengenai penyalahgunaan fasilitas fast track. Fast track itu pelayanan prioritas keimigrasian di Bandara Udara Internasional Bandara I Gusti Ngurah Rai, untuk mempermudah pemeriksaan ke imigrasi atau keluar wilayah Indonesia bagi kelompok prioritas, yaitu lanjut usia, ibu hamil, anak-anak dan pekerjaan migran,” kata Asisten Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Bali Dedy Kurniawan, Rabu (15/11/2023).
Kejati menegaskan, layanan fast track tidak dipungut biaya. Tapi fasilitas ini malah dimanfaatkan oknum petugas Imigrasi dengan menarik pungutan liar (pungli).
“Jadi memang tidak dipungut (biaya) di fast track, tetapi yang warga asing yang menggunakan fasilitas fast track, itu dipungut biaya antara Rp100 ribu-Rp250 ribu per orang,” ujarnya.
Dari informasi yang diterima Kejati, tim turun ke lapangan pada Selasa, 14 November dan menemukan dugaan pungli oknum petugas Imigrasi.
“Kita cek ke lapangan dan benar ada fakta terjadinya penyalahgunaan fast track, dengan nilai pungutan mencapai kurang lebih Rp100-Rp200 juta per bulan,” paparnya.
Dari OTT petugas Imigrasi Bali, diamankan uang Rp100 juta diduga terkait pungli.
Menurutnya, di tengah upaya pemerintah mendorong iklim investasi di tanah air, praktik tersebut dinilai sangat merusak citra Indonesia.
“Dari jumlah tersebut, telah berhasil diamankan uang sejumlah kurang lebih Rp 100 juta rupiah yang diduga merupakan keuntungan yang tidak sah yang diperoleh dari praktek-praktek tersebut,” ujarnya.
