Dalam somasi itu disebutkan agar oknum yayasan menghentikan fitnah terhadap pengurus maupun mantan pengurus Perkumpulan PMK Kyokushinkai Karate-Do Indonesia.
“Somasi ini kita layangkan untuk menyikapi pemberitaan fitnah melalui media online lokal yang ditayangkan pada tanggal 21 Maret 2023, 3 April 2023 dan 14 April 2023 maka Dewan Pengurus Perkumpulan PMK kyokoshinkai perlu memberikan somasi kepada oknum Yayasan dan klarifikasi bagi khalayak ramai agar mengetahui keadaan benar,” ujar Otto dalam somasi tersebut, Sabtu (15/4/2023).
Ia juga menyampaikan jika dana atau uang dimaksud oknum yayasan adalah hasil kerja dan milik serta hak perkumpulan sepenuhnya dan pengurus perkumpulan adalah bukan dan tidak sama dengan Pengurus yayasan.
“Bahwa dana atau uang hasil kerja dan milik perkumpulan adalah bukan milik pribadi-pribadi pengurus atau mantan pengurus sehingga janggal bilamana oknum yayasan justru menyerang pribadi-pribadi pengurus atau mantan pengurus perkumpulan,” tulisnya.
Lalu disebutkan bahwa Shihan Tjandra Sridjaja dalam somasinya, telah membantu pengumpulan dan menjaga dana perkumpulan sehingga diakhir masa jabatannya tidak ada kekurangan atau tidak ada masalah apapun.
Dalam masa jabatan tahun 2015 sampai akhir 2021 kepada Shihan Tjandra Sridjaja telah diberikan acquit et de charge (pelunasan, pemberesan dan pembebasan dari segala tanggungjawab apapun semasa jabatannya) dengan disampaikan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya dan
ucapan terima kasih atas dedikasi dan loyalitasnya.
Bahwa segenap pendiri, pengurus dan anggota perkumpulan menyampaikan penghargaan dan simpati yang dalam atas kesabaran Shihan Tjandra Sridjaja yang menolak tekanan dari keserakahan dan kerakusan oknum yayasan dengan menyerahkan sepenuhnya kepada Pengurus perkumpulan yg ada saat ini.
“Bahwa pada kesempatan ini diberikan somasi atau peringatan kepada semua pihak terkait dan oknum yayasan untuk menghentikan upaya-upaya tercela memaksakan kehendak dengan
fitnah jahat yang mengakibatkan kegaduhan dalam masyarakat agar tidak perlu dilakukan langkah hukum baru,” tambahnya.
Di akhir somasi, Otto menyampaikan bahwa mengingat adanya pemberitaan yang tidak benar tersebut maka menghimbau khalayak ramai untuk menunggu proses hukum yang sedang berlangsung agar menjadi jelas adanya.
