PLN Apresiasi Polres Mojokerto Kota dan Polres Gresik Karena Tangkap Pencuri Kabel
General Manager PLN UID Jawa Timur, Agus Kuswardoyo memberi penghargaan kepada Kapolres Mojokerto Kota, AKBP Wiwit Adisatria beserta jajaran dan Kapolres Gresik AKBP Adhitya Panji Anom beserta jajarannya, Selasa (1/8/2023).Surabaya, Jatim Today – PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi (UID) Jawa Timur memberikan penghargaan dan apresiasi kepada 16 personel Polres Mojokerto Kota dan Polres Gresik atas pengungkapan kasus tindak pidana pencurian kabel di beberapa wilayahnya.
Penghargaan diserahkan langsung oleh General Manager PLN UID Jawa Timur, Agus Kuswardoyo kepada Kapolres Mojokerto Kota, AKBP Wiwit Adisatria beserta jajaran dan Kapolres Gresik AKBP Adhitya Panji Anom beserta jajarannya, Selasa (1/8/2023).
General Manager PLN UID Jawa Timur, Agus Kuswardoyo mengatakan berkat dedikasi penuh dan profesionalisme, aparat kepolisian berhasil mengungkap sindikat pencurian yang tidak hanya merugikan PLN melainkan juga masyarakat.
“Atas segenap upaya yang tiada kenal lelah, perjuangan yang tiada henti berlandaskan dedikasi dan integritas yang dipegah teguh membuahkan hasil pencapaian luar biasa, sebuah prestasi. Apresiasi dan ucapan terima kasih sebesar-besarnya kami sampaikan atas jerih payah luar biasa yang telah diberikan Bapak-Bapak sekalian dari Polres Mojokerto Kota dan Polres Gresik,” terang Agus.
Kegiatan ini sekaligus menguatkan jalinan sinergi kedua belah pihak dalam mewujudkan kelistrikan yang andal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
“Distribusi pasokan listrik ke masyarakat ini sangat penting, pencuri menyasar trafo distribusi yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas masyarakat. Apalagi komplotan pencuri ini beraksi di berbagai wilayah, akan dapat berpengaruh terhadap 13 juta lebih pelanggan di Jawa Timur,” imbuh Agus.
Merespon positif atas penghargaan yang telah diberikan, AKBP Wiwit mengungkapkan, pihaknya telah melakukan penyelidikan mendalam di berbagai TKP hingga akhirnya berhasil menangkap komplotan pencuri.
“Sudah menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawab kami menegakkan hukum, kehadiran PLN sangat berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas sehari-hari, pembelajaran hingga pembangunan nasional. Mudah-mudahan PLN tetap andal. Bersinergi antara kepolisian karena kebutuhan akan listrik tidak terbantahkan lagi,” timpal Wiwit.
Sebelumnya, kasus pencurian kabel di sejumlah wilayah Jawa Timur seperti Gresik, Mojokerto, Lamongan dan Madura telah terjadi selama 3 bulan terakhir. Akibatnya, pasokan listrik kepada pelanggan terganggu. Tak hanya berkolaborasi dan sinergi dengan aparat kepolisian, PLN pun telah menggiatkan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran warga berperan serta menjaga obyek vital nasional (Obvitnas) dan jaringan kelistrikan.
