Polrestabes Surabaya Tangkap Dua Jambret yang Beraksi di 10 TKP
Kasi Humas Polrestabes Surabaya Kompol M FakhihSURABAYA, Jatim Today – Satreskrim Polrestabes Surabaya mengamankan dua pelaku jambret yang beraksi di sedikitnya sepuluh Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP).
Pelaku masing-masing berinisial SB (20) warga Surabaya dan AS (23) asal Sampang. Keduanya kini mendekam di tahanan Mapolrestabes Surabaya.
Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Surabaya AKBP Mirzal Maulana mengatakan, penangkapkan kedua jambret yang saat ini berstatus sebagai tersangka dilakukan usai keduanya beraksi di Jalan Kawi pada Minggu (12/2/2023) lusa kemarin.
“Saat itu, dua tersangka merampas sebuah handphone dari seorang istri ojek online yang sedang menemani suaminya melintas di Jalan Kawi Surabaya,” kata Mirzal, Jumat (17/2/2023).
Ia menyampaikan, pada saat korban melintas di Jalan Kawi, Kota Surabaya, tiba-tiba dua orang lelaki yang tidak dikenal mengendarai sepeda motor Honda PCX mengambil paksa handphone milik korban.
“Setelah dilakukan analisis didapatkan identitas pelaku dan dilakukan penangkapan di Jalan Diponegoro Surabaya,” lanjutnya.
Dalam pemeriksaan, Mirzal bilang, pelaku mengaku sudah melakukan aksi penjambretan sebanyak sepuluh kali.
Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, kedua tersangka dikenakan pasal 365 Jo 362 KUHP tentang Pencurian dengan Kekerasan.
Sementara itu Kasi Humas Polrestabes Surabaya Kompol M Fakhih mengatakan bila Kapolrestabes Surabaya telah memerintahkan anggota, untuk menindak aksi kejahatan apapun di wilayah Hukum Polrestabes Surabaya.
“Dan bahkan diijinkan melakukan tindakan tegas terukur jika dianggap perlu,” tegasnya.
Ia pun mengimbau masyarakat Kota Surabaya agar turut serta menciptakan dan memelihara kamtibmas di kota Surabaya.
“Peran masyarakat jelas kami perlukan dalam harkamtibmas,” tutupnya.
