Tingkatan Kualitas Layanan dan Keandalan melalui Pemeliharaan Tanpa Padam, PLN Amankan Hingga 146 Ribu kWh
Petugas PLN sedang memperbaiki instalasi listrik dari gangguan (Dokumentasi PLN).MOJOKERTO, Jatim Today – Meningkatkan kualitas layanan melalui distribusi pasokan listrik yang andal dan berkualitas, PT PLN (Persero) selenggarakan kegiatan Borderless Pekerjaan Dalam Keadaan Bertegangan (PDKB) Tegangan Menengah (TM) dan Pemeliharan Rabas (Harbas) Terintegrasi di wilayah kerja PLN UP3 Mojokerto selama 23 -24 Mei 2023. Lebih dari 200 personel yang terdiri dari PDKB TM terbagi menjadi 3 regu PDKB Sentuh Langsung (SL) dan 2 regu PDKB Berjarak, serta petugas rabas dan pengawas pekerjaan diterjunkan dalam kegiatan pemeliharaan tanpa padam ini.
“Borderless PDKB dan pelaksanaan perabasan terintegrasi ini dilaksanakan secara rutin di seluruh wilayah Jawa timur. Tujuannya untuk melaksanakan pemeliharaan jaringan secara terpadu dengan tidak melakukan pemadaman. Manfaat yang didapat tentunya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan demi kepuasan pelanggan tanpa harus merasakan padam,” terang General Manager PLN UID Jawa Timur, Lasiran.
Hingga Mei 2023, Lasiran menambahkan tahun ini kegiatan serupa telah telah digelar di Jember dan Ponorogo. Dalam kegiatan borderless PDKB TM yang dilakukan oleh tim gabungan dari PLN Mojokerto, Madiun, Bojonegoro, Surabaya Utara, Pasuruan dan Malang ini juga sebagai upaya preventif untuk mencegah terjadinya padam karena gangguan.
“Kegiatan pemeliharaan ini meliputi pengamanan Saluran Udara Tegangan Menengah (SUTM) dari potensi gangguan binatang, pengamanan Right of Way (ROW) 3 meter dari jaringan SUTM, perbaikan konstruksi jaringan SUTM, pemeliharaan rabas menggunakan skylift. Tentunya keseluruhan aktivitas dilakukan dengan mengutamakan keselamatan ketenagalistrikan,” papar Lasiran.
Lokasi dilaksanakanya pemeliharaan Jaringan tanpa padam ini meliputi wilayah Mojosari dan Jombang. Sedangkan untuk Pemeliharaan Rabas dilaksanakan di sebagian wilayah Mojoagung, Jombang, Kertosono dan Nganjuk.
Armada yang digunakan selama 2 yakni sebanyak 20 unit yang terdiri dari 3 unit mobil PDKB SL, 2 unit mobil PDKB Berjarak, 5 unit Skylift, 2 unit truck dan 8 pick up.
Terdapat 49 titik yang dilakukan pemeliharaan tanpa padam dan rabas-rabas pohon yang dekat jaringan sebanyak 322 titik pohon dengan saving kWh yang didapat sebesar 146.245,90 kWh dan rupiah yang terselamatkan sebesar Rp 150.896.346,- dari 355.522 pelanggan yang tidak terdampak padam akibat kegiatan pemeliharaan.
Saikudin, salah satu warga setempat mengungkapkan perasaannya setelah dilakukan Pemeliharaan jaringan dan rabas di depan rumahnya, “Kegiatan rabas pohon ini sangat bermanfaat untuk keamanan baik bagi kendaraan maupun bagi kami masyarakat sekitar dan terima kasih banyak kepada PLN yang telah bertugas selanjutnya kami tidak perlu takut terjadi pohon tumbang saat hujan angin dan semoga listrik tetap aman dan andal,” tuturnya.
